Podcaster Joe Rogan is fiercly responding to criticism from The View after co-host Joy Behar mocked him for allegedly believing in dragons.
During a Hot Topics segment on how young Americans get their news, Behar quipped: “We went from Walter Cronkite to this guy Joe Rogan, who believes in dragons.”
She added: “I checked it, and he also believes that dragons, dinosaur-y type of animals, roamed the Earth when people did.”
The comedian and podcaster took the insult to another level, posting a clip of Behar’s comments to X with the caption: “That’s my new official X description.”
True to his word, he updated his bio to read “Dragon Believer.”
He continued to share posts about the comment, posting an episode of The Joe Rogan Experience with biologist Forrest Galante titled, Were Dragons Real Animals?
Rogan speculated in the episode: “Maybe some pterodactyl-like creatures had feathers and resembled dragons.
“Think of all these ancient cultures. Europe, China, Japan. They all had dragon legends. It might have been a real thing!”

Rogan’s fans joined in, with the former Fear Factor host retweeting passages from the Bible’s Job 41 that describe the fire-breathing Leviathan.
“I want to believe,” he joked, alongside a post outlining a theoretical dragon’s biology.
Behar’s comments came during a broader discussion on media misinformation, with co-host Sara Haines warning viewers to “triple-check” facts.
Behar, however, noted: “That’s why people like our show, because we are checked by ABC News.”
Whoopi Goldberg chimed in, saying: “We’re checked by everybody.”
