The difference between this collection and old fashioned cutwork is that instead of cutting each hole by hand when the design is complete, you cut the holes first and let the design embroider over them. We accomplish this using a unique cutwork technique that is taught on
the following pages. There are 56 different files total and the project for this collection is tea towels which make the perfect Christmas gift. There is also a Vintage tutorial in the “Tutorials” folder on the CD-Rom. The vintage tutorial includes instructions on techniques and project ideas with patterns. Be sure to check it out.
