1. If the item shipped to you is defective/damaged or not the item you ordered, Very Best Cameras Japan, upon our discretion, may issue a refund.
1) All claims to this effect must be made to us within the first thirty days (30 days) of delivery.
2) Upon our consent and approval of the claim, return the item as well as all original packaging and included items.
2. No returns accepted for items damaged due to negligence or misuse.
3. No returns accepted due to buyer's remorse.

(1) For item(s) reported as defective/damaged, we will forward to a manufacturer for inspection and offer the best possible solution as immediately as possible. You will be reimbursed for the return postage.
(2) If the claim is that the item is defective, but the inspection conducted by the manufacturer reveals it is up to quality standard, we will inform you then will issue a refund after deducting the original shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee of the item price. If we sold the item with a free shipping option, we will deduct the actual shipping costs we have paid using a JPY/USD exchange ratio for the day of refund. We will not reimburse return postage in this case.
According to our experience, initial defects to merchandise, especially brand new merchandise from the factory, is extremely rare. If the buyer (end-user) believes there is a problem with merchandise, we encourage a check with a local dealer or local service center first to make sure if the item really does have a defect or problems are due to incorrect usage.
